Happy New Year’s Day everyone!

Today was a late start. I did wake up in time for breakfast but after that I rested a bit more. My day didn’t really start until 1pm.

I decided to go back to the Doctor Who Experience to get a few more things from the gift shop. After getting my new swag, I took a different way back to the hotel. Well, I thought I was going back to the hotel. After a hour and a half of walking, I looked on my phone to see where I was. I had been walking in the complete wrong direction this whole time! Righting myself out, I planned a different route and began my trek to fix my mistake. I was on the road for another hour and forty-five minutes before getting back.

I went upstairs, dropped off my bag, and went to the Subway nearby for a late lunch/early supper. A lupper some people call it. While I was there, it started to rain pretty hard. Sandwich eaten, it was either wait out the rain or brunt it and get back to the hotel. I went for the latter. Good thing I got back to this area when I did.

Soaking wet when I got back to my room, I changed into my long johns. The rest of the night was just me and doing a Scrubs marathon. First time watching it and I love it!
